“Yoga is a part of my everyday life, my practice is always evolving. I love sharing my life experience with others in hopes that my teaching resonates and inspires. I am driven to help others seek sustainable wellness. A concept of being aware of your life and surroundings, people, places, things and managing all these components in a healthy, forward moving way that is natural and easy to maintain, not just another diet, trend, or fad.”
'There are many pieces that change based upon the season, but I like that Wellicious' designs keep in line with more traditional yoga apparel. '

Christine is into movement and body art since she was a little girl. Her yoga path started parallel to being a dancer and evolved deeply while traveling Central America. Christine became a travelling Yogini, dedicated Yoga practitioner and a passionate Vegan. Yoga is an art of living that makes her embrace and appreciate herself and everyone and everything around her. It lets her find new answers, makes her shift perception and reinvents herself over and over again. Awareness became a key and a planet-friendly lifestyle a permanent accessory. She completed a 200hours Vinyasa Teacher Training in Mexico, Playa del Carmen in 2009 and the 300hours Jivamukti Teacher Training in New York in 2011. Ever since she brings together what she has been taught and continues to shape and grow her practice as well as her teaching – on and off the mat. Christine’s classes offer students the opportunity to embody the Asana so as to challenge and shift perceptions. Her teaching style is compassionate and grounded, can take you out of your comfort zone and is always spiced up with some fun moments. “I am in love with life, full circle – the deep and heavy moments as well as the light and playful ones are welcome and get chewed up. I am looking for the clouds dancing in the skies and I love silly things. Playing is a requirement and growing up optional. I am coming to terms with my own uniqueness and will encourage everyone to do the same.” Christine is grateful to each and every teacher that she has met on her journey; they all became a part of her.
'What makes it [Wellicious] really exquisite for me is the fact that they produce eco-friendly and responsibly in Europe. We have a responsibility towards Mother Earth and all its inhabitants and, therefore, it is an honor to support Wellicious in their attempt to be a role model in this field. '

She has studied and continues to study under the guidance of her beloved teachers and mentors Sharon Gannon, David Life, Yogeswari, Lady Ruth, Manorama and many more who keep being an inexhaustible source of inspiration.

Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
After many years studying the body through dancing, Cécile started her Yoga journey with Hatha Yoga back in 2002 in Paris. As she discovered Ashtanga Yoga a few years later in Mexico she got passionate about it, which led her to cross the world to learn more about it. Since 2009 she is as well exploring the benefits of Yin Yoga that she discovered in Canada with Bernie Clark. Her sources of inspiration are mainly : Bernie Clark, Paul and Suzee Grilley, Shiva Rea, and Geshe Michael Roach. Cecile is based in the french Alps in Annecy and teaches around the world. She co teaches a Yin Yoga teacher training in France every year with Biff Mithoeffer. Cécile is passionate about passing on her knowledge gained from studying with wordly renowned yoga masters. She is dedicated to her students, helping them discover their own great potential and power
When I first discovered the writings of transcendentalists like Emerson and Thoreau as a teenager, it sparked an interest in Hindu texts and curiosity in the potential of human consciousness. On my school lunch break one day, I walked into a Yoga and meditation class in a church in Notting Hill. Needless to say, I was captivated.
Later, while a student at King’s College London, I started to explore different methods of Yoga such as Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga during my free time and this practice planted seeds for a future lifestyle.
A few years later, while working as as a holistic therapist in a rehabilitation centre in Cape Town, people started asking me to share with them what they would sometimes see me doing in the garden. I reluctantly agreed, as I felt like a beginner and had not yet trained as a teacher. The experience was mind-blowing and has since served as a limitless source of inspiration, a reminder of the transformative power of Yoga.
After discovering Jivamukti Yoga in London in 2008, I undertook Jivamukti Yoga teacher training with Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York in 2010. I went on to complete an apprenticeship with Cat Alip- Douglas at Jivamukti Yoga London, where I was based as a teacher until the end of 2013. In January 2014 I moved to Luxembourg, to co-found the Dancing Kala Yoga School.
My dream is for Yoga to inspire human beings to wake up and get in touch with who they really are and to set about living in a way that causes the least amount of harm possible, whenever possible. I believe a Yoga practice, over time, enables us to directly experience the inter-connectedness of life and to become de-hypnotised from oppressive cultural norms and conditioning.
Yoga also teaches us to be courageous and kind, strong but also soft, to be flexible so as to not to ever become bent out of shape or broken – not just in our physical bodies but in our minds, hearts and attitudes. Yoga calls on us to let go of divisive world views and to come together in pursuit of a higher goal.
When not working with you at Dancing Kala Yoga, I can be found unrolling my Yoga mat at workshops, retreats, in local forests, at home and in sacred sites and spaces around the world, embracing that ever greater sense of incremental interconnectedness of life.

Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher Trainer
I have practiced Yoga for about 25 years and taught since 2002. For me Yoga isn’t just something you do on your mat with a teacher but a lifestyle, a whole way of living and thinking. I encourage my students to do a little bit of Yoga everyday. Whether that is 15 minutes of asana practice or Yoga breathing in bed before sleep or mindfulness practices around emotional wellbeing during a busy day at work.
My classes are an eclectic mix of asana and creative sequences and I always like to emphasise the importance of relaxation and breath awareness as part of any Yoga practice. I enjoy sharing the rich philosophy of Yoga with my students, and how it can positively impact our daily lives and our relationships. In 2013 as Yoga Alliance SYT I was accredited to deliver a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programme, which has been a complete joy. We are currently about to launch our 100 hour Advanced Teaching Workshops and CPD, life just gets better!

Alin teaches classical Hatha Yoga (Iyengar inspired). The Iyengar tradition was handed down to her by her mother early on – at the sweet age of only 5 years the small Alin saw her mother in headstand (Sirsasana). To see her Mother Kali stand on her head, was the beginning of a series of moments from her childhood that she still carries with her today. Numerous joint and long trips to India followed, having spent exciting times in the wondrous world of ashrams. The roots of her spirituality, a deep understanding of yoga and meditation were born here, in her childhood in India.
And it tied a strong bond between mother and daughter - today they complement each other in their annual workshops and yoga trips. Alin and her mother Kali also teach twice a year their legendary yoga retreats in Kalis beautiful spa resort "Reguengo" in Portugal (www.reguengo.com). They share this passion: to give each participant a grounded yoga foundation that can grow the wings of the soul. Always with the right touch of humor and lightness!
lin studied different yoga styles such as Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. She is now a mother of three children and accompanied in her pre- and postnatal yoga courses many mothers on the way to intimate connection with their babies.

Enfield, EnglandPilatesKatie first came to be introduced to Pilates in 1998 at a local gym and since that day, she has seen her body gradually being transformed by the art of the Pilates method; becoming stronger yet more flexible as each year went by.
In 2005 she decided to train as a Pilates mat work teacher with the Pilates Foundation so she could share her experience and passion for Pilates with many people. After successfully running her mat work classes for a few years, she was eager to deepen her knowledge by embarking on Pilates studio training, and qualified as a comprehensive teacher in 2009. She loves the dynamics of teaching group classes just as much as focusing on specifics when teaching individuals, keeping her busy between her studio in North London and many central/north London sites where she offers regular group tuition.
Katie feels blessed to have found her profession in Pilates and ensures she will always make time for her own practice and learning in order to nourish her body and mind, and her teaching. She hopes to help spread the benefits of Pilates widely between genders, and to people of all ages and backgrounds. She is always thrilled to see people start to discover their body’s potential through the Pilates method and would love to share the experience with you.

Ashtanga YogaAt a young age as a fully committed gymnast, she completely dedicated a few years to yoga and completed a training to get a yoga teacher 200hr AYA certification (Yoga Alliance). She is practicing yoga now ten years ago.
At first she just sought the purely physical aspect in yoga. That changed over the years and yoga became her purpose in life. She has tried a variety of directions and since then she is practicing Ashtanga Yoga.
She has become a yoga teacher, because yoga is a unique combination of movement, breathing techniques and contemplation.
Yoga is a philosophy that influences life in an integral way. When passing on these teachings to her students she can see the changes in them and feels pure joy and gratitude.
